Welcome to Sandhurst Youth!

We are passionate about Young People! We think they are exciting, fun, creative, and full of ideas and energy!

We believe the young people of Sandhurst deserve the best possible start in life – one that will make them proud to have grown up in Sandhurst, and grateful to the town for offering the facilities and support to confidently approach adult life.

We believe that young people hold the keys to unlock the doors of opportunities and innovation, which they need for their future. Our aim is to assist young people enjoy and embrace the journey of their lives.

Our aim is simple, to see: "every young person, equipped with a dream!"

It takes a whole community to create the opportunity. That’s why we work with partners including Army Welfare Services at the RMA, Sandhurst Town Council, Sandhurst School, and the Churches Together in Sandhurst.

As one of our Youth workers put it: "Sandhurst Youth is more than an organisation, it's a movement!"

Who we are

Our History

Sandhurst Youth was first established by Sandhurst Town Council and St Michael’s Church (C of E) in 2015 with the aim to equip and empower the young people of Sandhurst to realise their potential, aspirations, and hopes for life! There are over 3000 young people aged 11-21 in the town.

In 2024 we started work jointly with Army Welfare Services supporting their Youth club serving families at the RMA. In 2026 Sandhurst Youth signed the Armed Forces Covenant and developed a formal Partnership with Army Welfare Service offering the substantial combined resources of both organisations to Young People from both the community and service families.
